The Sadhak Men's Yoga Shorts were created by Cornelia Kauhs, founder of Breath of Fire. Inspired by traditional Indian silhouettes and conceived for outdoor yoga on warm summer days, they bring together a wide, airy cut through the thigh and a snug, secure hold below the knee — keeping you free to move and grounded where it matters.

What makes it unique

• Wide cut + secure below the knee — roomy through the thighs for freedom of movement, gently tight under the knee for stability in inversions and acro yoga.
• Anti-fall bands — discreet support bands keep the shorts from sliding during handstands, headstands and upside-down postures, so you can focus on practice instead of constant adjustment.
• Breathable waist — no tight elastic on the belly, allowing free breath for pranayama and core engagement.
• Convertible length — wear them as classic shorts, or extend the leg to a 3/4 length for added coverage.

Ethically made in Europe

Every Sadhak Short is knitted, dyed and sewn in Portugal, in the same small family workshop as our Sohang Pants — a place we visit personally. All fabrics are certified organic and dyed with processes gentle enough for a baby's skin.

Care

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Avoid tumble-drying; dry flat or on a hanger to preserve the support bands and the fabric.
